Research Fellow-The Kirby InstituteThe Kirby Institute is a world-leading health research institute at UNSW Sydney. We work to eliminate infectious diseases, globally. Details of the role The Research Fellow will perform research directly related to a NHMRC Partnership Project ‘Infectious pathogens and associated risk factors in blood donors: protecting the blood supply while providing a window into the wider community’, and the ‘Syphilaxis Study’. The researcher will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including internal and external investigators and partners, within the Partnership. The position-holder is responsible for study design, coordinating the submission of ethics applications, the development of study protocols, coordinating the conduct of data collection, analysis and writing research manuscripts.
