Akkodis is seeking Maintenance Technician Contract with a direct client in Everett WA 98206

Pay Range: $25/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable within this range based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Everett WA 98206

Duration:6+ months to hire

Assisting SR Mechanics in repairs, PM's and inspections.

Performing Basic. Equipment PM’s and repairs on Facilities support Systems

Good people / customer service skills, a must have!

Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.

Able to work outside to perform grounds maintenance tasks all year round.

Filter Changes on AHU and HVAC systems.

Installing copper plumbing lines using Pro Press fittings.

Knowledge of facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.

Willing to work overtime.

Maintain 16 restrooms and fixtures.

Will manage all conference room training and meeting set up’s

Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Able to pass Fork Truck training certification

Basic Computer skills requires, Outlook, Teams, CMMS , Laptop provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures; and see and hear well (either naturally or with correction);
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stoop, lay, bend or squat for long periods of time.
