Overview Healthcare Data Analyst at HealthEZ. The opportunity is to transform data into actionable business insights using Power BI and advanced analytics. You will create visualizations, conduct analyses, and communicate insights to account management and product teams to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional communication and expertise in Power BI development. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive analyses of business performance, customer behavior, and product metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using healthcare data. Present analytical findings and recommendations to account management and product teams through executive summaries, presentations, and data storytelling. Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for account management and product teams. Collaborate with account managers and product teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions. Track and analyze claim performance, product usage metrics, and business KPIs to support strategic planning and operational decisions. Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that drive business action and strategic initiatives for members and population health. Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline regular business reviews and performance tracking, including Cost Containment, Product Performance, Stop Loss Risk Mitigation, and Population Health Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered with 2-4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles in healthcare. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Excel. Experience with Fabric or similar Microsoft products. Python or R for statistical analysis is preferred. Outstanding presentation and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Experience managing multiple analytical projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Proven track record of creating Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Background in account management support, product analytics, or business performance analysis. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and enterprise reporting standards. Compensation and Benefits Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $90,000-$125,000. Factors used to determine your actual salary include job-specific skills, education, training, location, experience, and comparisons to others in the role.
