About the Role

As a Property (Fire) Watch Technician, you’ll help maintain safety and security by monitoring property and supplies when staff is not present. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to act quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor community office, amenities, and property
• Check windows, doors, and entrances to ensure they are secured
• Notify supervisors or authorities as needed
• Complete inspection reports accurately
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work nights or variable shifts
• Physically able to walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and quick decision-making skills
