Job Description
The Tewa Market Store Manager assists the Retail General Manager as field support for (2) convenience stores and gas stations; and provides direct oversight and responsibility for assigned locations. You will contribute to our success by providing exceptional customer service to all our customers while selecting, hiring, training, and developing a staff to execute retail programs to their maximum potential. You will create an experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality food and beverage products and a clean and comfortable site environment. You will lead store level employees to maximize sales and gross profit dollars while managing expenses and protecting the company’s assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); AND, 12 months of relevant convenience store and fuel station experience to the duties and responsibilities outlined; AND, 2 years leadership experience.
Other requirements : Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include, mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Self-starter who can lead others with enthusiasm.
