Job Description
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
3. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
4. Work with administrative office personnel to maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
5. Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.
6. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the warehouse operations.
8. Maintain complete and accurate incoming log of all order receipts from suppliers and vendors.

- Experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
