Job Description
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations for construction and service divisions
Oversee hiring, training, and development of foremen, field crews, and service techs
Implement operational systems (scheduling, CRM, job costing, reporting)
Manage budgets, job profitability, and margin control
Develop clear SOPs for field, office, and service divisions
Direct office administration (permitting, scheduling, finance support)
Drive efficiency in logistics, staging, and equipment utilization
Work closely with the Owner on strategic growth, while independently running daily operations
Provide regular reporting on KPIs, revenue, staffing, and performance

We design and build custom pools—vinyl liner, fiberglass, concrete, and Biodesign—as well as provide renovations, equipment installs, and weekly service.
