In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for installing beautiful tile work across kitchens, bathrooms, floors, backsplashes, and more. Based out of Everett, WA, this role supports remodeling projects across the greater Seattle area. You’ll work alongside project leads and other trades to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tiles for residential projects. Prepare and level surfaces; apply waterproofing systems and follow precise layout techniques. Measure, cut, and fit tiles using wet saws, snap cutters, grinders, and hand tools. Mix, apply, and clean grout with consistent precision and attention to detail. Inspect finished work to ensure alignment with quality standards and project specs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Coordinate with project leads, designers, and fellow trades to meet project timelines. Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to and from job sites. Follow all company safety practices and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: 4+ years of professional tile installation experience (residential preferred). Expertise in layout, prep, waterproofing, and setting tile to industry standards. Proficient with tile saws, hand tools, and related equipment. High attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor safely. Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team. Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required. Willingness to grow professionally through training and team collaboration.
