Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Motorsports Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a passion for the motorsports industry.

• Flag Hour with Guarantee

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm
• Lunch Break

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake adjustments, and chain maintenance.

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

• Install aftermarket parts and accessories as per customer specifications.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with shop safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and manufacturer-specific training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a motorsports or automotive technician (motorcycle technician experience preferred).

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing powersports vehicles, including mechanical and electrical systems.

• Familiarity with major brands such as Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, or similar (certifications a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical documentation.

• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (preferred).

• Basic computer skills for using diagnostic software and service tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Must provide own tools or be willing to acquire them.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
