Monitor performance and utilization, project capacity needs, and improve system performance. Interface with government stakeholders, manage capacity data, and extract data from systems like SolarWinds and NetApp. Education & Certifications: BA/BS or equivalent; 8+ years experience; required certifications include Security+, CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, SSCP, or other DoD 8140 approved certifications. Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation within 9 months. Desired Certifications: CCNP, SCP, CCMP, ITIL 4 Specialist.
