What you will experience in this position: \n - Lead and direct projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within designated time frames and budget
\n - Collaborate with project staff to assign duties, responsibilities, and define the scope of authority
\n - Provide technical advice to resolve project issues and improve team performance
\n - Train and mentor CAD Technicians to maintain Trachte design standards
\n - Develop project Bill of Materials, Shop Work Orders, and final production drawings for the shop
\n - Communicate resource and equipment needs to internal customers to meet production requirements
\n - Build, empower, and supervise team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
\n - Strive to build a workplace culture that is enjoyable, instills pride in the product, and focuses on customer happiness

You have: \n - An Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is required or at least 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
\n - Ideally 2+ years of experience in CAD design
\n - Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
\n - Strong attention to details, and effective communication in cross-functional team settings facilitating problem resolution, and nurturing a welcoming work environment
\n - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SolidWorks; SolidWorks Certification is preferred
