Title: Special Education Teachers (Elementary & High School)
Location: Lawrence, KS
Schedule: Full-Time, 2025–2026 School Year
Are you a passionate Special Education Teacher seeking your next meaningful opportunity in Kansas? We're hiring multiple SPED teachers to support elementary and high school students in a well-established district for the upcoming school year.
Openings Include:
Elementary Resource Teacher : Work in a general education setting to provide targeted support for students with mild/moderate disabilities.
Elementary Life Skills/Functional Classroom Teacher : Teach in a self-contained classroom with students who require significant support with academics, daily living, and communication.
High School ED/BD Teacher : Lead a specialized program for students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges in a structured self-contained environment.
Requirements:
Valid Kansas teaching certification in Special Education
Experience with IEP implementation, behavior management, and inclusive education practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills
