The engineers that work there come from very good backgrounds, so they have a high bar. The position is in San Francisco and they have a fast interview process. Responsibilities Work closely with manufacturers to identify operational needs and design AI solutions that meet them. Deploy and optimize AI solutions on-site to ensure reliability and performance in real-world conditions. Troubleshoot, test, and iterate on solutions to improve product outcomes for clients. Serve as the primary liaison between Endeavor AI and client teams to ensure effective implementation and support. Requirements 2+ years of experience in engineering, with hands-on deployment experience. Proficiency in Python and deployment tools relevant to industrial environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet unique client needs. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Haves Experience in AI or machine learning applications within industrial sectors. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premises solutions. Background in manufacturing or operational engineering.
