Longing for a position where your craftsmanship meets meaningful product impact? Embark on your journey with our second shift team, working Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Our compensation package includes $17.00 per hour base plus a $1.25 differential for all hours worked.

Responsibilities:

• Employ skills in using both hand tools and automated machinery for screen assembly.
• Facilitate efficient transition of materials throughout the production process.
• Check completed screens for quality, addressing any production irregularities.
• Maintain safety standards and the upkeep of your workstation.

Qualifications:

• Must be aged 18 or older, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in related fields.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork are necessary.
• Committed to producing top-quality products with meticulous attention to safety.

Physical Demands:

• Extended periods of standing and manual handling are required.
• Capable of regularly lifting weight up to 50 lbs.
