As a customized solution provider and by working through a vast network of distributors, we quickly and efficiently serve many end use markets, including food service, healthcare, agriculture, commercial properties, manufacturing, education, governmental agencies and more. We are growing and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. The position will be responsible for developing new business across various states and territories while also upselling to existing clients. The Sales Lead will interact with the leadership team and will travel periodically to develop accounts – this position reports directly to the President of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing new business across various states and territories.
  • Foster and blossom existing relationships and accounts.
  • Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share.
  • Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers.
  • Meets/exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand the needs of consumers and deliver value based on company services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A-Z.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales / account management experience.
  • 3+ years of plastics / film extrusion experience.
  • Must reside in OR, or WA.
  • Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.
