Job Description
Provides ongoing, comprehensive healthcare for a define patient population, acting as the first point of contact for their medical needs including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute/chronic conditions, patient education and coordination with other specialist.

- state license to practice as a Medical Doctor in the state of Arizona.
- Completion of Medical School and Family Medicine Residency.
- Board certified in Family Medicine or board eligible.
- Strong written and verbal skills, outstanding organization skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of EHR system.( eClinicalWorks preferable)
