Job Overview

As a Paid Media Strategist, youll use data to drive digital marketing strategies and campaign success for a portfolio of clients. Were looking for someone with zero to two years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by some of the best paid media professionals in the Twin Cities.

This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in digital marketing while working alongside a highly experienced team. Youre a strategic thinker in training, a hungry learner, and a dependable teammate who loves solving puzzles with data. In this role, youll master the functional aspects of paid media execution while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

What Youll Do

Account Execution and Optimization

• Proactively analyze performance metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Contribute insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain campaigns across PPC, display, social, and more.
  Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize performance.
• Execute strategies that align with client goals, industry best practices, and Augurians proven process.

Account Management and Strategy

• Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly.
• Address client feedback and support account leads in driving strategy forward.
• Share your strategic ideas to help shape client roadmaps.

Analysis and Reporting

• Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Identify trends and insights that drive smarter decision-making.
• Build and enhance reports and data visualizations to make insights clear and actionable.

Quality Assurance and Documentation

• Conduct QA checks to ensure flawless execution.
• Keep detailed documentation to support smooth collaboration.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Thought Leadership and Collaboration

• Stay current on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Contribute to internal practice development and innovation.
  
• Foster collaboration across functions to deliver exceptional results.
