Marketing Manager EduKit Location: Remote (less than 10% travel) Reports to: VP of Marketing Supervises: TBD Salary: $65k - $80k (commensurate with experience) Career Level: Mid-level About School Family Media School Family Media is changing how schools and families prepare for back-to-school. About the Role We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager with strong lead generation experience to join our EduKit team. EduKit helps ensure students are prepared for school by offering convenient and affordable back-to-school supply kits. What Youll Do Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support the strategic growth of EduKit. Create and manage compelling sales and marketing materials including website content, emails, sales enablement tools, and other assets. Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns, leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to attract and convert school admins and parent group (PTO/PTA) leads. Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing activitiesincluding email workflows, landing pages, and lead scoringto improve performance and conversion rates. Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to refine strategies and optimize results. Support and promote EduKit at events, including attending in-person conferences and contributing to presentation development and on-site marketing management. Manage marketing content on the EduKit website in HubSpot, ensuring content is relevant and optimized for conversion. Develop communication tools to support coordinator program engagement and drive sales. Manage social media strategy, including a private Facebook group for engaged parent group leaders as they promote their program. Stay current with marketing trends and proactively recommend new tactics or tools to drive continued growth. What Were Looking For Education & Experience Bachelors or associate degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing management with a preferred focus on B2B or lead generation marketing. Skills & Competencies Proven experience developing and executing lead generation and nurture campaigns that deliver measurable results. Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) including campaign creation, reporting, and workflow optimization. Ability to analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance. Experience with email strategy, social media strategy, and digital marketing. Self-starter who is highly organized, with excellent time and project management skills; experience using Asana or similar project management tools. Creative problem-solver with a passion for testing and optimizing new ideas. Preferred Experience Knowledge of parent-teacher organizations or prior experience in the K12 education sector is a plus.
