About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Marketing Performance, Technology, and Analytics. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision for marketing technology, data strategy, and insights to enhance marketing performance, supporter engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing financial planning, and performance measurement, and designing the strategic roadmap for marketing data analytics. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that complex data is translated into actionable insights, and to foster a culture of insight-driven thinking. The role also involves close collaboration with enterprise data and insights teams to ensure alignment and integration across the organization. Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in relevant fields, and a proven track record in marketing analytics, strategic planning, or financial performance management. The role requires expertise in marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, predictive analytics, and supporter segmentation, as well as advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to align data strategy with organizational goals. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM and multi-channel marketing hub platforms, familiarity with database structures, and an understanding of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or technology is also a plus.
