Job Description

Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 3rd

Hours: 4:30am - 2:30pm (Monday - Thursday) or 9:30pm - 5:30am (Sunday - Thursday)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards
- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
- Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
- Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets
- Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work environment

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning and performing tasks above the head
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process
- Capable of adhering to strict standard work procedures and safety protocols
- A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
