Our client has built a reputation as one of the legal industry's most sought-after employers, and is currently seeking an experienced litigation legal secretary to support high-profile business litigation matters in their Palo Alto office.

The incoming legal secretary will provide sophisticated administrative and legal support to three partners and one associate in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce complex litigation documents, including drafting shells, proposed orders, and discovery documents
• E-file in state and federal court systems, coordinating service of process, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of court rules
• Calendar for multiple attorneys, tracking critical deadlines and coordinating depositions, hearings, and client meetings
• Prepare comprehensive trial binders, coordinate exhibit preparation, and arrange court reporters and videographers
• Work with document management systems (iManage), redlining tools (Litera), and maintain organized case files
• Provide backup support across the litigation department as needed
• Serve as a professional liaison, developing excellent relationships while maintaining confidentiality
