International Digital Strategies Manager

Position Title: International Digital Strategies Manager

Department: Launch Global International (LGI)

Reports to: International Operations Director

This position is: Full Time and Exempt; Support-raised

Location: US-Based; Remote

The Digital Strategies Manager is a critical role supporting our international teams. Reporting directly to the International Operations Director, this position requires a highly organized, proactive, clear communicator who is committed to advancing the organization's vision to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people.

The Digital Strategies Manager will be a pivotal role responsible for comprehensive digital solutions, security, and technological support for our international teams. This multifaceted position will encompass digital security, online training platform management, website design and support, digital research, and technology training for our international teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Innovation

• Develop and implement a holistic digital strategy that supports Launch Global's international mission
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging digital technologies and solutions
• Create innovative digital approaches to support mission work and team collaboration
• Identify and implement cutting-edge digital tools that enhance our team's effectiveness

Digital Security Management

• Develop and maintain comprehensive digital security protocols and policies
• Implement secure communication infrastructure for international teams
• Conduct regular security risk assessments
• Develop incident response and recovery plans
• Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations

Online Training Platform Management

• Design, implement, and maintain online training platforms
• Develop user-friendly learning management systems (LMS)
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for training effectiveness
• Ensure accessibility and engagement of online training resources
• Support internationalization of training content

Website Design and Digital Communication

• Manage and continuously improve international websites
• Ensure responsive and culturally sensitive web design
• Implement multilingual website solutions
• Develop and maintain digital communication strategies
• Optimize websites for global accessibility and performance

Digital Solutions Research and Implementation

• Evaluate software and hardware solutions for international teams
• Develop recommendations for digital infrastructure improvements
• Manage procurement of digital technologies
• Create implementation strategies for new digital solutions

Training and Support

• Develop comprehensive digital literacy training programs
• Create training materials for:
• Digital security best practices
• Use of organizational digital tools
• Online collaboration platforms
• Conduct regular workshops and training sessions
• Provide ongoing technical support for international teams
• Create easily accessible digital support resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, technology management, and international contexts.
• Attend LG annual gatherings.
• Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
• Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global's Statement of Faith.
