Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic Boca Raton, FL team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top healthcare talent across the East Coast. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to candidates—helping them achieve their career goals—while ensuring our facilities receive the skilled professionals they need to provide outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and facility representatives.
• Match candidates to appropriate positions based on experience, skills, and career aspirations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Represent Excelsior Care Group with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be available to work on-site in our Boca Raton office
