Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a GRC Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, KS and Frisco, TX.

Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and create comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements, ensuring validation and traceability for both existing and new applications across various business channels
• Understand organizational functions and define capabilities needed to support services and achieve business goals
• Facilitate effective communication between business units to align needs and create clear requirement documentation for solution providers
• Plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems and identify product or service solutions for implementation
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements
• Assess system impacts, conduct gap and process analyses, and perform cost/benefit evaluations for system or service-related initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between end users and internal IT teams to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery
• Plan, facilitate, and actively participate in working session

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance, frameworks and tools
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with the iGRC (Integrated GRC) module
• Strong background in IT testing, including application, database, and server testing
• High level of professionalism and pleasant persistence in managing pushback from control owners who may deprioritize audit work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT or compliance-oriented background

The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.16 and $54.51 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
