Responsibilities Presentation Design: Create visually appealing and effective presentations for a variety of purposes, including business meetings and internal communications. Content Enhancement: Collaborate with content creators to refine and improve the visual representation of ideas. Simplify complex information through infographics, charts, and diagrams. Event & Collateral Design: Develop flyers, agendas, branding materials, and employee handbooks for events and internal use. Creative Mindset: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects and stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve your skills and stay innovative. Independent Work: Manage projects autonomously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality. Template Development: Design and maintain presentation templates that align with our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials. Visual Storytelling: Use your design skills to convey narratives and messages effectively, making the content engaging and memorable. Animation and Interactivity: Incorporate animations, transitions, and interactive elements to elevate the overall presentation experience. Quality Control: Review and proofread presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards. Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and design presentations that meet their needs. Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and stay innovative. Requirements Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Keynote, Canva Strong design portfolio showcasing presentation and marketing collateral design work Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients Highly Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Ability to create and edit video content using professional editing software Pay and Location Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr This range is provided by Cintra, a Ferrovial company.
