About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Apollo Beach, FL. As our in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Post job ads and manage applicant tracking systems
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment records and reports
• Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• A positive, proactive approach to talent acquisition
