Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Engraving Associate to join our team full-time. This role involves operating a CO laser engraving machine to customize Toadfish drinkware and stainless steel products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with engraving equipment, enjoys working with precision, and can adapt designs to create high-quality, customized products.

Responsibilities

• Operate CO laser engraving machines to produce high-quality custom engravings on drinkware and stainless steel products.
• Import, manipulate, and prepare vector logos and designs for engraving.
• Ensure engravings meet company quality standards with attention to detail and consistency.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill custom orders efficiently and accurately.
• Support the Toadfish brand by ensuring every piece engraved reflects craftsmanship and care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a laser engraving machine (CO laser experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency working with vector design files (AI, EPS, SVG, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Team-oriented attitude and a passion for creating meaningful products.
