Come Join Our Team! Now hiring a FORKLIFT DRIVER!

The Forklift Driver in Shipping & Receiving is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials and products in support of production and distribution at CTech Manufacturing. This role supports the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of goods, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, verifying counts and inspecting for damage
• Move materials and finished goods to and from designated storage or staging areas
• Assist with the accurate receipt of raw materials and the proper storage of goods
• Prepare, wrap, and stage outgoing shipments based on customer and delivery requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Accurately complete shipping/receiving paperwork, labels, and system entries
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform other warehouse and support duties as assigned

Monday- Thursday 6:30 am- 3:30 pm Friday 6:30 am- 12:30 pm

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior forklift experience required; valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills or experience with inventory systems is a plus
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
