Food Safety & Compliance Specialist Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Food Safety team to create and roll out global programs for packaging and ingredient safety
• Track and report on key food safety performance indicators (KPIs)
• Review global food safety regulations and communicate updates to internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance
• Conduct risk assessments for new ingredients, packaging, and product innovations

Food Safety Compliance Specialist Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of management experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory compliance within the food manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, or microbiology required
• Experience working within SAP systems is required

This is a contract based opportunity with a salary range between $40-$45/hr based on level of experience. As a contract employee working through LaSalle Network, you are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
