Overview Fitness Coach (Fitness Floor Support) at Ravi's Import Warehouse Responsibilities Communicate with members and respond to general gym and equipment inquiries. Maintain working knowledge of fitness trends and equipment to provide effective information and support to members. Maintain a safe fitness center environment and report damaged equipment. Maintain accurate records as required. Maintain all relevant certifications Maintain a professional appearance and a healthy lifestyle. Actively participate in workshops, trainings, and staff meetings as directed by the supervisor. Follow all YMCA policies and procedures, such as emergency respondent protocol. Support special events, assist in other areas, and perform other duties as required. Work Environment & Physical Demands Physically perform all skills required of a fitness coach. Sufficient strength, agility, and mobility to perform essential functions of the position Must occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
