Job Title: Estimator
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract (Potential for Conversion)
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a blend of commercial and residential construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates with residential experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-scope project estimates
Manage estimates for 5–10 projects at a time, ranging in size and complexity
Prioritize and organize workload effectively
Use traditional Excel-based tools for core estimating tasks
Collaborate with internal teams, including those involved in 3D printing initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
Strong proficiency in Excel for estimating
Experience with a blend of residential and commercial. Residential projects preferred; commercial experience also valued
Ability to handle full project estimates (not just trade-specific scopes)
No travel required
