Akelius is seeking a customer service focused doorman to serve as a property ambassador and primary point of contact.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate, and comfortable with people of all age groups.

• ensure Akelius policies and procedures for first class service are being followed
• meet and greet residents and guests
• hold the door for tenants and help with groceries and other parcels

 

• interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• answer the lobby phone and respond to calls accordingly
• receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments and or mail and packages

 

• report any problems to Akelius administration
• always make sure that the lobby, the main entrance, and your workstations is neat and tidy
• do not provide any information regarding Akelius to tenants that has not been communicated to you directly by the Akelius administration

 

• wear Akelius uniform as specified by Akelius administration
• perform other duties as assigned

 

who you are

• one plus years’ experience in a similar role as a doorman, greeter, security guard
• available to work a flexible schedule
