ROLE

We are seeking a Document Reviewer to support the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida (USAO-SDFL) in Miami, FL. In this role, you will provide document analysis, research, and case support to assist attorneys in advancing litigation and investigative priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and analyze large volumes of datasets to identify key documents
  • Manage case files and organize electronic databases of documents
  • Assist in interviews of witnesses by preparing binders of key documents
  • Conduct factual research using online databases, including property databases and other online databases
  • Draft memoranda summarizing findings

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills writing
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively
  • Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience meeting a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Experience working with a variety of computer applications (e.g., word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and telecommunications equipment)

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma and some college credits required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 100% of the time.
