We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven marketing team , where you'll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach .

This isn’t a call center job — no cold calls, no scripts , just genuine conversations that empower communities and amplify impactful causes .

We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits , advocacy organizations , and socially responsible brands to raise awareness , inspire action , and build donor support . Through live events and in-person outreach , we create authentic human connections that drive real-world impact for the causes we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the front-line voice of the nonprofit campaigns you represent. Your role is vital in helping our nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways .

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events , fundraisers , and community outreach programs

• Engage with the public in a friendly , professional , and authentic manner

• Share powerful messages about social causes , nonprofit missions, and community needs

• Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals , impact , and ways to get involved

• Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support

• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution

• Uphold our company values of integrity , compassion , and professionalism
