Build the Wildest Machines in Off-Road

S3 Power Sports is hiring an experienced Custom Fabricator to take on high-level off-road projects, chassis work, and one-off builds. This role is all about tube bending, notching, fitting, welding, and solving complex fabrication challenges — turning raw material into race cages, chassis structures, suspension components, and full custom projects. If you excel in layout, tight fitment, and creative problem-solving, this is the shop you want to be in.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate race cages, bumpers, suspension structures, and full chassis components
• Perform precision tube bending, notching, layout, and fit-up work
• Build one-off custom parts and support prototype fabrication & R&D
• Work from blueprints, drawings, jigs, and reference measurements
• Solve fabrication challenges through creative, accurate metalwork
• Collaborate with skilled builders and engineers on high-end custom projects

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced fabricator with strong metalworking and structural fabrication skills
• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding with clean, consistent weld quality
• Skilled in tube fitting, jig setup, material prep, and fabrication accuracy
• Familiarity with off-road platforms (UTV, SXS, ATV, 4x4) is a bonus
• High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in quality work
• Self-motivated, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment

Pay & Schedule

• Pay based on experience and fabrication skill level
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime available)
• Must have basic fabrication and metalworking hand tools
