Posted Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 4:00 AM Department: Stadium Operations: Event Operations/ Management Reporting Relationship: Supervised by Senior Manager – Sporting Events Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Position Summary The Coordinator–Sporting-Football position is responsible for and assists the Senior Manager – Sporting Events in all areas of game day logistics for Carolina Panthers games and Events held at Bank of America Stadium including preplanning, post-game recaps, Locker Room Standardizations, following NFL and Stadium Protocols. Primary Responsibilities Assist Senior Manager – Sporting with event preparation for all Carolina Panthers events to include Panthers home games, Fan Fest, Training Camp, Panthers Draft Party, and other stadium wide events hosted by the Carolina Panthers. Liaison between the Carolina Panthers and Stadium Operations to develop SOP’s, timelines, maps and diagrams as it relates to executing Panthers home games at Bank of America Stadium. Understand and exercise Game Operations Policies and Procedures as provided by the NFL, Carolina Panthers, and Bank of America Stadium. Coordinate with both Home and Visiting Team Operations to ensure all game day needs are met including preparation of the Visiting and Officials locker rooms. Coordinate with Stadium Operations to ensure all event areas are staged and ready prior to event day to include partner activations, gate set up and crowd control measures. Coordinate with visiting teams, league representatives, stadium staff, and other stakeholders to gather necessary season and game day information. Assist the Senior Manager in overseeing event specifics as it relates to schedules, staffing, equipment rentals, field conversions and flooring, Housekeeping, Food Service, Security, Medic, Production, IT, Parking, Guest Services, Ticketing, etc. with all stadium departments and vendors. Participates in client/partner site visits and walkthroughs. Participate in and coordinate pre and post event meetings for game days. Assist with the preparation and submission of post-game notes including staffing deployments, attendance, incident and fan conduct reports, secret shopper reports and other event related data to provide feedback for future game operations. Coordinate with stadium departments to identify operational needs related to Panthers games including partner activations, pre-game hospitality, Support for other major stadium events to include Concerts and MLS games as needed. This position will include various administrative duties as needed. Additional duties may be assigned that are not listed above but are included in the scope of this role. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Sports and Entertainment Management or Event/Facility Management. Minimum 3-5 years in Stadium, Arena or Major Event coordination of large-scale events Must have a valid driver’s license. Must pass pre-employment screens. Skills for Success Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint applications. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Able to simultaneously work across multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects. Professional and respectful demeanor with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to prioritize. Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity, effectiveness under pressure, and a positive attitude. Able to work well within a team environment with strong collaboration skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Must be able to work all Carolina Panthers home games. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Standing for extended periods of time. Walking throughout the stadium and stadium grounds. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc. Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
