Job Description Title: CFO Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving both the strategic vision and day-to-day financial operations of a rapidly expanding retail and distribution company. This hands-on role oversees Finance, Accounting, IT, and Strategy while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive M&A experience, including billion-dollar transactions , as well as a proven track record of managing 10 or more entities simultaneously . Prior CFO experience in the retail industry with multi-location operations is essential. CPA license is required, ensuring the technical and professional expertise to lead in a complex, growth-oriented environment.
