About the Role We are currently hiring a full‑time Call Center Representative to serve as a key point of contact and support system for our clients. In this role, you will provide timely, professional communication and ensure that client cases are progressing smoothly. The ideal candidate brings empathy, strong administrative skills, and a client‑first mindset to every interaction.
