Job Title: BIM ManagerJob Description We are seeking a BIM Manager with exceptional Revit skills to join our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong desire to refine, maintain, and steward firm-wide technology standards. You will oversee the creation of standard details, templates, and automations that simplify our workflow and explore new technologies to enhance our processes. Responsibilities + Teach others how to effectively utilize Revit in architectural practice. + Refine, maintain, and steward adoption of firm-wide standards in the use of technology. + Create and oversee the creation of standard details, templates, and automations that simplify workflow. + Research, evaluate, and potentially implement new technologies, including applications of AI, coding, or overseeing the coding of purpose-built apps and plugins. Essential Skills + Exceptional Revit skills. + Experience in project coordination and administration. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Strong document control abilities. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support. + Familiarity with architecture and construction documents. + Great teamworking and communication skills. + Architect skills in VDC and architectural design. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Experience in project administration and RFI management. + Autocad skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to multitask. + Experience in project coordinating. Work Environment This position is based in our Tempe office, which is part of an employee-owned firm that offers great bonuses and benefits. We are open to contract-to-hire or direct hire arrangements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
