Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing various home appliances, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair: Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ice machines, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and more.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair issues and solutions to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance of appliances as needed, ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts used and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Documentation: Accurately document all service and repair activities, including diagnosis, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in appliance repair.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of home appliances, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NASTeC) are a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy appliances and work in various physical environments.
