Bubba.Ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/LLM Engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a crucial role in developing our AI-powered dispatch application, which leverages a sophisticated voice interface and extensive backend email processing. We have launched the first-ever Voice AI Dispatcher designed for owner-operators and small fleets. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and contribute to a product that will redefine industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for our voice-interfaced dispatch application.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs for tasks such as natural language understanding, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis from emails and voice commands.
• Integrate and optimize voice AI capabilities, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech, to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Process and analyze large volumes of email data to train and improve our AI models that can find and vet freight, negotiate rates automatically, and handle documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate LLM capabilities into our products.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our AI systems in a production environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role, with a strong focus on LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools like Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of voice technologies, including speech recognition and synthesis.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
