BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated 3D Artist 4 for an opportunity with our client

Role: 3D Artist 4

Location : Redmond, WA (100% onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

“Looking for resources that show strong draftsman skills, experience in FPS/sci-fi genres, solid fundamentals (composition, lighting, design), and tool familiarity (Unreal, Blender, Photoshop; standard tools)

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma with an emphasis on Art

• Shipped at least one AAA game title

• An outstanding grasp of human anatomy, animal anatomy, industrial, and architectural design coupled with strong traditional art fundamentals

• Exceptional mastery of either Photoshop or Painter

• Ability to work collaboratively - must be open to direction and able to embrace change

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each

• Concept Art Fundamentals – Minimum 5 years of experience with composition, lighting, and design principles to create high-quality visual assets.
• Development Tool Proficiency – Minimum 3–5 years of experience using tools such as Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop for game asset creation.
• Collaboration & Communication Skills – Strong ability to work within a team environment and coordinate effectively across art and development teams (experience level typically demonstrated through 5+ years in similar roles).
